Spinach All Season (Spinacia oleracea) is 'slow boltin' or heat-tolerant spinach, so you'll have a more extended season of growth! The past cartoon character, Popeye, always encouraged his audience to eat their spinach to grow strong muscles! It is an excellent source of iron.
